What can I expect with the planning process?

After booking Perfectly Timed Events, a member of our team will meet with you personally to discuss all of your event details—from the party theme and decor down to the desired caterer and music. We’ll set up a timeline working toward the event to make sure no detail is left unplanned for.
 

Can I get a consultation? What does it cost?

Yes! Visit our Connect page to fill out the online form and a member of our team will get back to you. If you would rather meet in person, consultation fees start at $125 per hour.
 

Do you offer day of coordination support?

We offer month-of coordination and try to have our work completed 60 days before any event.

What separates you from other event planners?

Perfectly Timed Events is founded on the belief that every detail matters. We treat every event as if it were our own and we care about the little things that others may not find as important. As our Founder says, “We treat your bridal shower like it’s our bridal shower. Your wedding like it’s our wedding.” It’s our hope to make all of your details come true—because we truly care about them—and you.

 

What types of events does PTE plan?

We plan any reason to celebrate anything monumental (and anything special to you is monumental to us). From birthday parties to baby showers, conferences to corporate events, non-profit fundraisers to anniversaries, and company-wide picnics to the best wedding you’ve ever been to. A special discount is given to nonprofits with a 501c3.
 

Why do we need an event planner?

Events are special. They’re monumental moments in our lives—and you should remember every detail of them. Event Planners take the pressure, stress, and overwhelming details off of your plate so you can relax and enjoy every single perfect moment.
 

My venue offers an on-site coordinator for the day of the event. Do I still need an event planner?

Although it’s great to have an on-site coordinator for the day of your event, they often don’t assist with the details leading up to the event. Perfectly Timed Events will help from Day 1 through the Day of—and will be happy to assist through the day if you so desire.

How soon should I book your services?

We recommend booking services as soon as possible, but make every effort to make your dreams come true no matter what the timeline might be. Contact us with your dreams and dates and we’ll do our best to make them all come true!
